This deposit is non-refundable, so please think carefully before making an appointment.

You can reschedule your appointment once, up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule a confirmed appointment, please send a message.

I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

Preferably, come to your appointment alone. Please refrain from using your phone during the treatment.

LASH EXTENSIONS:

Make sure to come to the treatment without eye makeup. It is essential if you want the result to last as long as possible. Please remove your contact lenses before the treatment. The initial treatment lasts from 2 to 2.5 hours. A refill treatment takes less time, depending on your lash growth. I do not perform refill treatments after other stylists. If you are wearing lash extensions applied by another stylist, please mention it when making a reservation in the “comments” section. FACIAL AND SKIN TREATMENTS:

Treatments are individually selected based on the needs of each client’s skin. To ensure that the treatments are effective, it is essential to follow the recommendations of the esthetician. Proper home care is crucial. To achieve better and lasting effects, it is recommended to undergo a series of treatments. If you have a complaint about my service, you must notify me within 5 days of your treatment. Only then will I address your complaint and work together to find a solution.
